Abstract

Pendakwah memainkan peranan penting dalam dakwah negara. Seseorang mualaf yang melafazkan dua kalimah syahadah dan menguasai ilmu asas agama Islam serta melibatkan diri sepenuhnya dalam dakwah dikenali sebagai pendakwah mualaf. Pendakwah mualaf adalah golongan minoriti yang terdapat di Malaysia dan memainkan peranan penting dalam dakwah. Dalam sepuluh prinsip Islam Hadhari, hak-hak kepada kumpulan minoriti seperti pendakwah mualaf diberi perhatian. Hak-hak mereka dijamin oleh undang-undang negara. Jaminan tersebut meliputi nyawa, agama, harta, kehormatan dan akal (Maqasid al-Syariah). Kajian ini bertujuan membincangkan senario semasa pendakwah dan cabaran-cabaran yang dihadapi. Kajian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk kajian kualitatif. Dalam kajian ini, data-data dikumpulkan dalam bentuk data atau huraian adalah menggunakan metode-metode seperti penyelidikan kepustakaan, analisis dokumentasi yang terdiri daripada bahan-bahan bertulis atau dokumen-dokumen dan menemubual terhadap responden secara bersemuka dan atas talian serta kaedah pemerhatian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan menghadapi cabaran-cabaran pasca pemelukan Islam seperti cabaran-cabaran spiritual penghayatan agama dan pengajian pendidikan tinggi, cabaran perkahwinan dan kekeluargaan, cabaran psikologi daripada keluarga, keluarga angkat dan masyarakat, cabaran penyesuaian diri, cabaran role model, cabaran pertikaian niat konversi, cabaran deraan fizikal dan emosi, cabaran kepincangan prinsip one door policy, cabaran salah faham masuk Melayu, Islam itu keganasan serta lain-lain isu. Implikasi kajian ini akan memberi input dan pengetahuan kepada pengkaji dan penggubal dasar untuk pembangunan dan pemerkasaan mualaf di masa hadapan.

Preachers played an important role in the preaching of the state. The one who has the knowledge of God is the one who has the knowledge of God and the one who has the knowledge of God. Mualaf preachers are a minority found in Malaysia and play an important role in Da'wah. In the ten principles of Hadhari Islam, rights to minority groups such as converts preachers are given attention. Their rights are guaranteed by the laws of the country. These include life, religion, wealth, honor and reason ( Maqasid al-Shariah ). This study aims to discuss the current scenario of preachers and the challenges faced. This study was conducted in the form of qualitative research. In this study, the data collected in the form of data or descriptions are using methods such as research literature, documentation analysis consisting of written materials or documents and interviewing respondents face to face and online as well as observation methods. The results showed that post-conversion challenges such as spiritual challenges of religious appreciation and higher education studies, marriage and family challenges, psychological challenges from families, adoptive families and the community, the challenge of adaptation, the challenge of role models, the challenge of disputes over conversion intentions, the challenge of physical and emotional abuse, the challenge of the one door policy principle, the challenge of misunderstanding in Malay, Islam is terrorism and other issues. The implications of this study will provide input and knowledge to researchers and policymakers for the development and empowerment of converts in the future.
