Corak Kepimpinan Pentadbir di Sekolah: Analisis Kajian-kajian Lepas [Leadership Patterns of Administrators in Schools: An Analysis of Literature Reviews]

Abstract

Kajian ini dilakukan untuk melihat corak kepimpinan pentadbir yang paling dominan digunakan oleh  pentadbir di sekolah. Pentadbir sekolah merupakan seorang yang sangat penting dalam semua perkara. Salah satu perkara yang memainkan peranan penting dalam pentadbiran pentadbir ialah corak kepimpinan yang diamalkan di sekolah. Kajian ini ingin melihat corak kepimpinan pentadbir sekolah yang paling dominan digunakan di sekolah dalam menguruskan sekolah mereka berdasarkan dapatan kajian-kajian lepas yang telah dilakukan dan juga ingin melihat sejauh mana corak kepimpinan yang digunakan tersebut meningkatkan pengurusan serta pencapaian sekolah. Kajian ini ditulis untuk mengkaji pendekatan terkini corak kepimpinan  dalam  pengurusan sekolah. Ia juga akan menyentuh dapatan kajian yang diperolehi daripada penyelidik-penyelidik lepas tentang tajuk yang berkaitan dengan kertas kerja ini. Selain itu, tujuan kajian ini dilakukan adalah untuk menjadi panduan kepada pihak pentadbir sekolah dalam melihat corak kepimpinan yang sesuai digunakan di sekolah berdasarkan keadaan sekolah mereka.  

This paper is done to observe the most dominant leadership patterns which are being practised by administrators in school. The administrator is a very important person in all matters. One of the matters that play an important role in the administration is the leadership pattern practised in school. This study is to take a look at the most dominant leadership patterns used by school administrators in the management of their schools based on the results of previous studies that were conducted and also to observe the extent of the leadership pattern used to improve management and achievement in school. This research paper is based on previous journal articles and thesis studies. This paper is written to study the current approaches in leadership patterns used in school management. It will also cover the results of study taken from a few researchers on topics related to this paper. Besides that, the purpose of this article is also to act as a guide for the school administrators in observing the suitable leadership patterns to be used in schools based on the condition of their schools.
