Landskap dunia Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran (PdP) telah berubah sepenuhnya daripada secara bersemuka kepada secara atas talian akibat daripada pandemik COVID-19. Situasi ini secara tidak langsung telah memberi impak yang besar dalam pelaksanaan Program Kemahiran TVET yang dilaksanakan oleh Kolej Komuniti Kota Tinggi (KKKT) dalam kalangan pelajar institusi tahfiz daerah Kota Tinggi. Sehubungan dengan itu, KKKT mengambil inisiatif melaksanakan Program Kemahiran TVET dalam kalangan pelajar institusi tahfiz melalui pendekatan Heutagogi. Kajian ini dilaksanakan bagi mengenal pasti tahap pelaksanaan dan persepsi keberkesanan Program Kemahiran TVET pelajar institusi tahfiz daerah Kota Tinggi melalui pendekatan Heutagogi. Di mana, melibatkan seramai 36 orang pelajar Madrasah Tahfiz An-Naurah, Kota Tinggi. Dilaksanakan secara kuantitatif dan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mencari kekerapan, peratusan, nilai min dan sisihan piawai. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa tahap pelaksanaan program dan tahap persepsi keberkesanan program berada pada tahap tinggi dengan nilai skor masing-masing ialah 4.398 dan 4.296. Program kemahiran TVET seumpama ini patut diteruskan dalam kalangan pelajar institusi tahfiz agar aliran TVET ini menjadi penghubung latar belakang yang berbeza. Seterusnya membantu pelajar institusi tahfiz ini memperoleh peluang pekerjaan yang lebih luas berbekalkan kemahiran yang diperolehi.
The landscape of Teaching and Learning (T&L) has completely changed from face-to-face to online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation has indirectly had a major impact on the implementation of the TVET Skills Program implemented by Kota Tinggi Community College (KKKT) among students of Kota Tinggi tahfiz institutions. In this regard, KKKT took the initiative to implement the TVET Skills Program among students of this institution through the Heutagogi approach. This study was carried out to identify the level of implementation and perception of the effectiveness of the TVET Skills Program of students of the Kota Tinggi this institution through the Heutagogi approach. A total of 36 madrasah Tahfiz An-Naurah students were involved. Performed quantitatively and descriptively analysis to find the frequency, percentage, mean value and standard deviation. The results of the study found that the level of program implementation and the level of perception of the effectiveness of the program were at a high level with the score being 4.398 and 4.296 respectively. Such TVET skills programs should be continued among students of these institutions so that the TVET stream becomes a link to different backgrounds. In turn, help the students of this tahfiz institution to obtain a wider employment opportunity with the skills acquired.
