Aplikasi Kaedah Analisis Lafaz yang Diambil Kira dari Sudut Kaedah Petunjuk pada Makna dalam Kaedah Penyelidikan Berteraskan Islam

[Application of Word Analysis Method From the Perspective of Indicative Method on Meaning in Islamic-Based Research Methods]

Abstract

Kaedah analisis lafaz yang diambil kira dari sudut petunjuk pada makna merupakan salah satu kaedah usuliyyat al-lughawiyyat dalam ilmu usul al-fiqh yang telah digunakan oleh ulama sebagai garis panduan menganalisis sesuatu hukum dalam Islam. Persoalannya, apakah kaedah analisis lafaz yang diambil kira dari sudut petunjuk pada makna dalam ilmu usul al-fiqh menurut Mazhab Hanafi? Bagaimanakah kaedah lafaz yang diambil kira dari sudut petunjuk pada makna berfungsi sebagai analisis hukum kaedah penyelidikan berteraskan Islam (KPBI)? Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti kaedah lafaz yang diambil kira dari sudut petunjuk pada makna menurut Mazhab Hanafi. Seterusnya mengaplikasi kaedah analisis lafaz yang diambil kira dari sudut petunjuk pada makna dalam analisis hukum KPBI. Kajian ini berbentuk kajian kualitatif dengan mengumpul dokumen-dokumen berkaitan kaedah analisis lafaz yang diambil kira dari sudut petunjuk pada makna menurut Mazhab Hanafi yang terdapat dalam kitab-kitab usul al-fiqh. Kesemua data-data ini dianalisis menggunakan kaedah mafhum iaitu dengan menganalisis data menggunakan kaedah tersurat dan tersirat yang berkaitan kaedah lafaz yang diambil kira dari sudut kaedah petunjuk lafaz pada makna. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa, lafaz yang diambil kira dari sudut kaedah petunjuk lafaz pada makna menurut pendapat Mazhab Hanafi terbahagi kepada empat jenis iaitu ‘ibarat al-nas, isyarat al-nas, dilalat al-nas dan dilalat iqtida’. Keempat-empat jenis ini sesuai dijadikan kaedah analisis hukum KPBI.

The method of word analysis that is taken into account from the point of view of clues to the meaning is one of the methods of usuliyyat al-lughawiyyat in the science of usul al-fiqh that has been used by scholars as a guideline to analyze a law in Islam. The question is, what is the method of word analysis that is taken into account from the point of view of clues to the meaning in the science of usul al-fiqh according to the Hanafi School of Thought? How does the method of word that is taken into account from the point of view of clues on meaning function as the law of Islamic -based research methods (KPBI)? The objective of this study is to identify the method of word analysis that is taken into account from the point of view of clues on the meaning according to the Hanafi School of Thought. Next, applying the method of word analysis that is taken into account from the point of view of clues on meaning in the analysis of KPBI. This is a qualitative study by collecting documents related to the method of word analysis that is taken into account from the point of view of clues on the meaning according to the Hanafi School of Thought that found in the books of usul al-fiqh. All these data were analyzed using the method of comprehension by analyzing the data using literal and implicit methods related to the word analysis which is taken into account from the point of view of word analysis on the meaning. The results of this study show that, the word analysis that is taken into account from the point of view on the meaning according to the opinion of the Hanafi School of Thought is divided into four types, namely ‘ibarat al-nas, isyarat al-nas, dilalat al-nas and dilalat iqtida’. These four types are suitable as KPBI analysis methods.
