Analisis Literatur Sistematik (SLR) terhadap Elemen Pembangunan Pendakwah [Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on The Elements of Preacher Development]

Abstract

Kajian lepas menunjukkan salah satu punca kepada ketidakberhasilan pelaksanaan gerak kerja dakwah adalah disebabkan oleh kekurangan daripada pihak pendakwah. Keadaan ini menjadikan tahap penerimaan mesej dakwah dalam kalangan masyarakat sasaran kurang mendapat sambutan. Antara faktor yang menyebabkan keadaan ini berlaku ialah lemahnya aspek pembangunan insaniah dalam diri pendakwah. Justeru, kajian ini dilaksanakan adalah bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti elemen pembangunan pendakwah dalam kerangka pembangunan insan. Kajian ini adalah menggunakan kaedah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) iaitu kaedah yang memfokuskan kepada kehendak kajian. Terdapat tiga peringkat untuk menganalisis artikel yang bersesuaian dengan kajian, iaitu pengenalpastian (identification), saringan (screening) dan kelayakan (eligibility). Hasil kajian terhadap dua belas artikel yang membincangkan tentang elemen pembangunan insan, terdapat tujuh elemen penting dalam pembangunan insan yang boleh diterapkan dalam pembangunan pendakwah iaitu jasmani, rohani, akal, emosi, sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Kajian ini mempunyai kepentingan daripada sudut merangka strategi membangunkan pendakwah dalam pelbagai aspek secara sepadu dan holistik. 

Previous studies have shown that one of the reasons for the unsuccessful implementation of da'wah work is due to the weakness of preachers in terms of their performance to convince people. This situation has caused the level of acceptance of the da’wah message among the target community to be less popular. Among the factors of this situation is the weakness of aspect of human development that should be inculcated in the preachers. Thus, this study was conducted to identify the elements of preacher development in the framework of human development. This study uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method that focuses on the requirement of the study. There are three stages to analyse the relevant articles namely identification, screening and eligibility. Based on twelve articles that focused on the elements of human development, the study found that there are seven important elements in human development which can be implemented in preacher development namely physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, social, economic and political aspects. Thus, this study significantly can be applied to design a comprehensive strategy for preacher development by integrated and holistic approach in various aspects.
