Abstract

The ummah has been unanimously agreed that the love of God and the love of His Messenger is an individual duty on every individual, so that the truth of love from the servant to his Lord does not happen except after the integrity of the heart from the scars of the soul, for love in God contributes to strengthening the relationship between Muslims and their solidarity, so there was a clear course and a noble intention to convey The peoples for a contemporary and systematic solution that addresses all sects in the language of love, which is the language of the age and which favors the interests of the nation over individual interests that are far from exaggeration and negligence. This has prompted the researcher to search for a personality in which these standards and contemporary language meet values, by introducing the researcher to the personality of Ibn ‘Ata’ Allah al-Sakandari and his clear approach away from extremism and complexity He used to address the people of heart before the people of mind, which attracted to them the hearts that search for love, tranquility and psychological comfort, so the researcher in this research was interested in the concept of love in God from the perspective of Ibn ‘Ata’ Allah al-Sakandari by explaining his views on governance and analyzing them with a simple analysis that includes this aspect of the research, In this study, the researcher relied on the analytical and inductive approach that is based on inferring from the Qur’an texts, and then on the Prophet’s Sunnah, then with other sources and references related to the topic, and by analyzing the opinions of the jurists on the topic, and the objective approach that researches the topic in a search devoid of intellectual fanatic tendencies and whims Neglect and exaggeration, in order to reach in the end the most important findings and recommendations that demonstrate the importance of love in God and the importance of generous judgment in the life of this ummah and the life of a Muslim.
