Traditional teaching methods often fall short in addressing the evolving needs of today’s learners, particularly in areas that require hands-on experience and dynamic engagement. In response to this challenge, this applied research paper introduces a comprehensive mobile learning platform specifically designed to improve the delivery and effectiveness of network education. The proposed platform leverages modern educational technology by integrating interactive digital learning modules, real-time assessment tools, rich multimedia content, and a built-in intelligent Chat Box AI that provides instant support and guidance to learners. These components are strategically combined to create a more immersive, flexible, and personalized learning experience. To evaluate the platform's effectiveness, a quantitative pilot study was conducted involving a group of community college students. The study utilized Google Forms to administer pre- and post-intervention surveys, enabling the measurement of changes in students’ technical skills, knowledge retention, and overall engagement levels. The results of the study indicate a marked improvement in both technical competency and learner motivation after using the platform. These findings underscore the transformative potential of digital tools in technical education and suggest that mobile-based, AI-assisted learning environments can play a crucial role in shaping the future of network education.
Amutha Gopal Villoo @ Venugopal Nurul Naim Othman Copyright (c) 2025 BITARA International Journal of Civilizational Studies and Human Sciences (e-ISSN: 2600-9080) 2025-04-18 2025-04-18 8 2 1 14 Enhancing Construction Project Outcomes Through Risk Management: A Comprehensive Study of Practices, Challenges, and Impacts https://bitarajournal.com/index.php/bitarajournal/article/view/655
Construction risks create uncertainties that endanger costs, schedules, and product quality; thus, risk management becomes essential for delivering projects safely. Risk management processes have spread widely, but such practices are untouched in the UAE and Middle Eastern countries. The research studies how identification, together with evaluation and response and monitoring functions of risk management, affects construction project results. Through registered construction firm surveys combined with interviews of industry professionals, the research gathers quantitative and qualitative findings. The research establishes a robust positive relationship between extensive risk management practices and best performance outcomes in project cost and time schedules as well as quality standards. The identification of two main obstacles exists in the lack of clear theoretical backing for emergent project management strategies as well as insufficient project management certification. The research calls for framework development along with tool institutionalization to train personnel effectively for better risk management practices. The findings present specific advice for project managers and public authorities to enhance delivery quality in unsteady and shifting conditions.
Hamad Saleh Mofleh Ali Alshehhi Roziah Sidik @ Mat Sidek Ermy Azziaty Rozali Copyright (c) 2025 BITARA International Journal of Civilizational Studies and Human Sciences (e-ISSN: 2600-9080) 2025-04-22 2025-04-22 8 2 15 37 Analisis Kaedah Penulisan Hadith dalam Tafsir al-Misbah oleh M. Quraish Shihab [Analysis of the Hadith Writing Methodology in Tafsir al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab] https://bitarajournal.com/index.php/bitarajournal/article/view/664

Quraish Shihab is one of the famous Islamic figures in Indonesia and also in Nusantara. His prominence in the field of tafsir cannot be denied. His writings in the field of tafsir, especially Tafsir al-Misbah, also bring hadith as one of the arguments. However, the hadiths used by him in Tafsir al-Misbah are seen as not uniform. This is because not all hadiths are presented in Arabic. In addition, M. Quraish Shihab also uses weak and fabricated hadiths in his interpretations. In fact, he rarely does takhrij on these hadiths. Therefore, this writing aims to study the method of writing hadiths in Tafsir al-Misbah. This study is qualitative in nature using the library method as a way to collect data. The data is then analyzed based on deductive and inductive methods. The findings of the study show that M. Quraish Shihab uses hadiths a lot as the main arguments in his writings. His ability in presenting hadiths from various sources proves that he is also skilled in the field of hadith. Consequently, this study can provide a more comprehensive picture of M. Quraish Shihab in terms of his character, especially the method of writing hadith in Tafsir al-Misbah.
Fatin Hamamah Abdul Manan Roshimah Shamsudin Copyright (c) 2025 BITARA International Journal of Civilizational Studies and Human Sciences (e-ISSN: 2600-9080) 2025-05-14 2025-05-14 8 2 38 49 Dakwah Approach of Government and Non-Government Agencies in Addressing The Challenges of Muallaf in The State of Johor https://bitarajournal.com/index.php/bitarajournal/article/view/657
Issues concerning muallaf in Malaysia include difficulties with funerals, arguments over religious status, fraudulent registrations, disagreements on the Islamization of children under 18, and conflicts over inheritance. These have garnered widespread attention in print media and online platforms. Nevertheless, the elements contributing to the issue are mostly focused on the legal side rather than the technique of dakwah. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine the dakwah strategy employed by both governmental and non-governmental organizations in tackling the challenges faced by the converts in the State of Johor. Qualitative methods employing sampling techniques are designed to acquire comprehensive and intricate data. The structured interview method comprises six informants, specifically the officers on duty at JAIJ and the NGOs engaged. The study's findings indicate that the collaboration between dakwah organizations MAINJ and JAIJ with NGOs aligns with the recommended method of dakwah approach by the Prophet PBUH (Zikmal Fuad et al., 2019) and is consistent with the approach outlined by PERKIM. This approach aims to ensure that dakwah is disseminated positively to Muslims, avoiding continuous systematic educators, and prioritizing the welfare of muallaf from social, psychological, and legal perspectives. Nevertheless, there is a noticeable neglect in prioritizing the act of spreading religious teachings through social media platforms using cutting-edge technology. This matter deserves serious consideration from MAINJ, JAIJ, and relevant NGOs to ensure that the conversion of new Muslims can have a significant influence in the ever-growing internet-driven globalization of society. Ultimately, a comprehensive strategy that integrates aspects of consciousness, cooperation among all stakeholders, and maximizing the utilization of social media can undeniably have a more significant influence in tackling the obstacles faced by muallaf individuals in the State of Johor.
Ahmad Akmal M. The rising prevalence of diet-related non-communicable diseases, particularly among young adults, calls for culturally sensitive and innovative health education strategies. Integrating religious teachings within digital learning platforms offers a promising approach to enhance relevance, motivation, and engagement. A quasi-experimental pre- and post-test design was employed among undergraduate students at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), with 56 participants in the intervention group and 43 in the control group. The intervention group accessed RB-DIT modules over three weeks through Moodle, encompassing educational texts, infographics, quizzes, and reflective activities. Paired sample t-tests revealed significant improvements among the intervention group across all domains: knowledge (M = 4.756, SD = 2.058, p < 0.001), attitudes (M = 2.805, SD = 1.430, p < 0.001), and practices (M = 2.049, SD = 2.058, p = 0.018). No significant changes were observed in the control group. These findings underscore the potential of faith-integrated digital interventions to bridge cognitive, emotional, and behavioral gaps in health education. The RB-DIT demonstrates that merging religious values with digital technology can foster sustainable health behavior change among youth, offering a scalable and culturally resonant model for public health promotion in Muslim-majority contexts.
Rasinah Zakaria Anis Najiha Ahmad Nurhusna Samsudin Norkhairiah Hashim Copyright (c) 2025 BITARA International Journal of Civilizational Studies and Human Sciences (e-ISSN: 2600-9080) 2025-05-29 2025-05-29 8 2 100 114 Tafsir Pimpinan al-Rahman: Analisis Metodologi Sheikh Abdullah Basmeih terhadap Terjemahan Ayat-ayat Sifat Allah SWT [Tafsir Pimpinan al-Rahman: A Methodological Analysis of Sheikh Abdullah Basmeih’s Translation of The Verses on The Attributes of Allah SWT] https://bitarajournal.com/index.php/bitarajournal/article/view/661

Tafsir Pimpinan Al-Rahman by Sheikh Abdullah Basmeih is one of the most renowned translation and interpretation works of the Quran in Malaysia, widely referenced by society for understanding the meanings and essence of Quranic verses. In producing this work, Sheikh Abdullah Basmeih applied a unique methodology, including translating the entire Quran, using parentheses or footnotes for additional explanations, and employing a specific approach in translating verses describing the attributes of Allah. Although several studies have previously explored the translation methodology of these divine attribute verses in this tafsir, earlier research was found to be incomplete as it focused only on selected verses. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively examine Sheikh Abdullah Basmeih’s translation approach to the verses on Allah’s attributes and clearly identify his stance on this matter. The research methodology involved library research and content analysis of the tafsir text. Findings indicate that Sheikh Abdullah Basmeih employed two different approaches—manhaj ithbat and manhaj takwil—in translating the divine attribute verses. This study hopes to provide new insights to the community regarding Sheikh Abdullah Basmeih’s distinctive methodology and to encourage further studies on Quranic translation and interpretation in the Nusantara region.

Muaz Mohd Ghani Basri Luqmanul Hakim Muhamad Jamil Muhammad Lukman Mat Sin Roshimi Abdullah Wafa Abdul Jabbar Shohibuddin Copyright (c) 2025 BITARA International Journal of Civilizational Studies and Human Sciences (e-ISSN: 2600-9080) 2025-05-30 2025-05-30 8 2 115 131 A Study on the Relationship Between Educational Internship and Employment of Chinese University Students: A Qualitative Analysis Based on Counsellors' Perspectives https://bitarajournal.com/index.php/bitarajournal/article/view/671
University graduates are both an important pillar of the national talent strategy and key drivers of future development. With 11.79 million graduates in 2024, the employment landscape has become increasingly complex. Many students lack clear career goals, viewing internships as mere formalities or temporary tasks, which results in a mismatch between their academic training and real-world job demands (McGunagle & Zizka, 2018). Meanwhile, employers are seeking graduates with practical experience and clear vocational orientation. The gap between students’ perceptions of educational internships and actual job market expectations contributes to unstable employment outcomes (Shanfari, 2024). Prior research has mainly focused on teaching effectiveness or curriculum content, with limited attention to how students’ internship experiences shape their employment outlook. This study adopts a qualitative approach based on semi-structured interviews with counsellors at Hebei Minzu Normal University, aiming to explore how education internships influence students’ job choices, professional identity, and career planning. It further analyzes the guidance strategies employed by counsellors to help students connect internship experiences with long-term career development and offers targeted suggestions to enhance the employment readiness of university students through practice-oriented support systems.
Zhang Peiran Fatmawati Latada Ahmad Muhaimin Mohamad Copyright (c) 2025 BITARA International Journal of Civilizational Studies and Human Sciences (e-ISSN: 2600-9080) 2025-05-30 2025-05-30 8 2 132 142 Reduction of Time and Costs in Globalization: An Analysis of a Hadith on Market and Time Convergence https://bitarajournal.com/index.php/bitarajournal/article/view/672
This research aims to analyse a hadith of al-fitan and ashrat al-sa‘ah, which describes the phenomena of market and time convergence. Globalization has driven market and time convergence across various industries and activities, resulting in reduced time and costs—one of the positive impacts of globalization. However, these phenomena may also lead individuals to encounter negative elements due to the rapid pace of globalization. This paper primarily focuses on the analysis of the hadith and its positive implications, offering guidance for Muslims navigating this fast-paced environment as directed by the Quran and Sunnah. Employing a qualitative research design with a content analysis approach, data were thematically examined using descriptive and analytical techniques. The findings underscore the Prophet's (PBUH) reference to market and time convergence as the signs preceding the Hour. Consequently, this study establishes that market and time convergence in the era of globalization is an inevitable and impactful phenomenon.
Nurul Mukminah Zainan Nazri Norhasnira Ibrahim Copyright (c) 2025 BITARA International Journal of Civilizational Studies and Human Sciences (e-ISSN: 2600-9080) 2025-05-30 2025-05-30 8 2 143 150
